Its A New Day - A New Month - A New ..... ME! :)

Gooooood Morning :) So... I weighed in this morning. My starting weight is VERY SCARY!!! I am currently the BIGGEST I have ever been... like ever! And I have no idea how I got to this point, but I am here and all I can do about it is change it :) I kick-started everything yesterday and I did awesome yesterday. My goal is to consume on an average day no more than 2000 calories because I burn about 2700-2800 calories on an average day, that is without working out.... When I work out I can burn anywhere from 3500-4500 per day, (oh how i loooove my bodybugg :) ) which on those days I have a little more freedom etc. But overall my goal is to eat no more than 2000 calories in a day and yesterday I ate 1650 calories :) So.... good start for me for sure :)

Here is the breakdown...
By October 31, 2009 I hope to lose 20 lbs :) At this time I will then make my next goal for myself judging on my progress. BABY STEPS :)

I plan to lose weight by... get this, BEING HEALTHY lol It is really as simple as that guys, but we as humans make it so darn complicated!

I plan to drink my water everyday
Eat more fruits and veggies daily
Eat plenty of protein, lean meats etc.
Only eat whole grain breads
Treat myself ONLY occassionally and NOT everyday, every week!
I plan to reward myself with things other than food
Start to be more active and eventually get to a point where I am doing SOMETHING EVERY DAY
No more bingeing and know that this is something a lot more serious and harder to deal with, but will take it day by day
Eat within my calories everyday and plan for big events/special occasions so I do not overeat, but yet don't deprive myself

Anyways... Yesterdays food... I'll repost it all here....

Breakfast:
Apple Cin. Oatmeal with 1% milk

Snack:
Banana
FF Dairyland Yogurt

Lunch:
Gormet Steamers
Kiwi

Snack:
100 Cal Crackers
Slice of Cheese

Dinner:
Mini Meatloaf with vegtable medley rice

Snack:
Cereal with Milk
ice cream bar

I find that I was able to still eat foods I wanted. but in SMALLER portions and therefore did no feel deprived and could still have my snack at night with my hubby :)

I CONSUMED: 1623 Calories Yesterday
I BURNED: 2750 (this is a guess because I forgot my bodybugg today and havent been able to plug it in, but will update this number if it is far off from that :) )
