As you all know I have the bodybugg so I will also be giving you the calories burned that day and the calories consumed since with this nifty little device I can tell that :)
Breakfast:
Apple Cin. Oatmeal with 1% milk
Snack:
Banana
FF Dairyland Yogurt
Lunch:
Gormet Steamers
Kiwi
Snack:
100 Cal Crackers
Slice of Cheese
Dinner:
TBD :) But I think rice and chicken parm with veggies and a snack laters of a ice cream sandwhich or popcorn. :)
So since I wont be able to post dinners and night snacks on here if I write this during the day I will be recording all the details and then writing the blog the next day... SO... this officially starts tomorrow :) Therefore the first blog will be on Wednesday morning to tell you about Tuesday's day :) Thats if I can't get on at night time before bed :) I will be posting more tomorrow about my goals and everything else :)
I hope this not only helps me but also gives others ideas for meals etc.
