Okay.... so first off my lovely man of mine took MY car this morning and I left my Ipod in the car and therefore it is currently sitting at his work...BOO SO I cannot tell you EXACTLY how many calories that was, but going from memory it was approx. 1600 calories consumed and 2700 caloried burned... once again a deficit of over 1000 :D yay me!!! second, I suppose you are wondering what I was talking about with last night... Well I went to bed at 11:30, well I went to bed at 10:30 and read for an hour, I couldnt get to sleep. At 12:30 I came to it after getting maybe 5 mins sleep and I was shaking, dizzy, sweating buckets, feeling ill... IT WAS A HORRIBLE FEELING annnd I had the feeling of being WAY past hungry. I went down to the kitchen and checked my blood sugar and it was like 3 something, not good... So that explains the desperate late night snack :) I think that I need to start eating all my calories by the end of the day for now before my body goes into too much shock. Gotta fuel to burn :D ESPECIALLY when I start exercising more frequently and intense.
So... tomorrow, Friday I leave for the cottage. I will try and get on and do some updates on the weekend, but if I dont then I dont :) Im not gonna sweat about it :) My main goal is for this weekend that I just be smart, treat myself but DO NOT over indulge and also stay away from liquor of any kind for the entire weekend... :) I can do that! Plus at the cottage I am naturally more active!
Starting next week I am going to start doing something everyday whether it be the 20 min turbo jam, weights and ab roller, walk at lunch... something! Start off small and go from there!

PS: Forgot to mention - I died my hair!! :) I am now closer to my natural colour... Here...
