Difference - 1150 :) YAY ME!!! so far this week I have a deficit of over. 2000 calories already!! :) yippee!!! Imagine how great that number will be when I start to incorporate exercise more AND get my bodybugg working again... It is charging as we speak and should be good for a whole week now. I am also looking at getting the watch that comes with it and that allows you to see at any time of day how many calories you are/have burned at any time without logging onto the comp and hooking it up :) SO EXCITED! :)
My food yesterday looked like this:
Breakfast
Oatmeal and Milk
FF Citrus Yogurt
Snack
Spoon of PB
Lunch
Tomatoe Soup
Saltine Crackers
Fibre Plus Granola Bar
Snack
Cereal and Milk
Dinner
Chicken Parm Cutlet
Rice and Veggies
Strawberries and FF Cool Whip
Snack
Mini Fudgesicle and popcicle
This really isnt as bad as I thought... I am still having my treats and enjoying what I am eating, just making smarter choices and watching my portions :D Thats the hardest part for me ESPECIALLY when I sit down with Josh and he has a bowl of cereal that is like 5 cups of cereal in reality and I measure mine out to exactly a cup and I WANT MORE lol But I have to realize that that one cup WILL satify me :) Oh and speak of the devil! JUST now I get a txt from Josh saying that he wants to go to our favorite place tonight and get ice cream! AHHHH HE SUCKS! lol But hey... I can still have it, just have to work it into my day right? We will see I suppose.... Make smart choice Brooke! YOU CAN DO IT :)
