Just wanted to post a quick update...
Tuesdays Stats:
Intake = 1881
Burn = 3163
Workout = minimal, messed around with the wii fit plus for 15 mins, this was my off day :)
Deficit = 1282
Wednesday's Stats:
Intake = 2378
Burn = 3523
Workout = 803 ... worked out from approx. 6:00 - 7:30... treadmill and then 1 hr group kick class - I PULLED MY BUTT MUSCLE! haha
Deficit = 1145
This morning (Thursday morning) I saw my tape measure and thought hmmm I would like to measure my waist and ... drum roll please...................... I was down 4 inches in my waist alone! :D YAY! I am so excited about that!
I have already gone to the gym twice this week and plan on going tonight (don't know if I will be taking a class - Group Groove - or if I will just do cardio and weight training, but we will see :)) If I feel up to it I will also be going to the gym on Saturday morning for a class or just a standard workout if I have the time and energy :)
