Day Four - March 4th - Update

Today was a GREAT day again :) Went to the gym after work and had my best workout yet. Decided in my head I would do at least 20 mins of cardio and my weight training, but I pushed myself and did over 40 mins of cardio alone and pushed it on the weights too, I was super proud of myself.
