Day 5, 6 and 7 Update :)

So here is my update from Friday, Saturday and Sunday... sorry wasnt near a computer much over the weekend and kinda like to detach from them whenever I can :)

Friday - Day 5:

Intake = 1840
Burn = 3053
Deficit = 1213

Saturday - Day 6:

Intake = 2560
Burn = 3948
Deficit = 1388

Sunday - Day 7:

No calorie counting this day... but then again I still like to estimate hehe its my OCD coming through!!! lol I am assuming I ate about maintain calories today though, I know... not so good, but I will just work extra hard at the gym tonight.

Speaking of gym I signed up for a 60 min step class tonight and a 60 min kick class on Wednesday :) I am excited to be doing these group workouts and try to push myself even further and harder than I have been :)

Okay... so I weighed in on Saturday morning... DOWN ANOTHER 2 LBS LAST WEEK!! For a TOTAL OF 20.4 lbs lost!!!!! I can colour in another petal on my tattoo!!! :D

I have also lost a total of 5 inches off my hips and waist since January 25th and many more to come!

Well there is my update, thats everything for now... Week 2 - Day 8 - starts today (Monday) and I am feeling great!
