Day two went great :) Not really much to update on. I went to the gym again after work and did about 35 - 40 mins of cardio both on the treadmill and the eliptical, I then did my weight training and was out of there in just over an hour I think... I am trying to make my workouts longer, at least the cardio portion, but that will just come with time, when the pain starts to ease up a bit. I get severe pains in my calves sometimes, not fun at all and I am all for working through the pain, but that isnt always an easy thing to do.
Anyways my calorie intake for day two was: 1750
Calories burned: 3360
I am also keeping track of calories burned during the time that I workout specifically at the gym.
Gym Workout Calorie Burn: 590 calories
Total Daily deficit: 1610
Overall a great day and a very satisfying deficit :)
